Mike has been a student of the MMA academy since it’s opening in 2010. Competing as a professional mixed martial artist he was ranked in the top 5 in the U.K. Securing wins on promotions such as BAMMA and OMMAC, Mike had a U.K. professional record of 9-0 and was a semi finalist on season 18 of The Ultimate Fighter, where he lost to eventual TUF winner Chris Holdsworth. At the MMA Academy in Liverpool, Mike passes on his knowledge in the MMA foundation and 101 programs, as well as playing a key role in the coaching and cornering of many of the professional and amateur MMA fighters.

Mike also holds a brown band in Muay Thai under Peter Davies and a Brown Belt in BJJ under Jason Tan.
